Seared chicken over sweet potato puree, sweet apricot glaze, and seasonal vegetable

Pistachio Crusted Salmon 

Pan seared salmon topped with mustard and pistachio panko bread crumbs, served with potato pancakes and seasonal vegetable

Guinness pork bratwurst sausage with creamy mashed potatoes & gravy, peas and carrots
