Flaky salmon cakes topped with a lemon dill cream and tomato garlic fresca

 Cock-a-Leekie Soup w/ oyster crackers

Chicken, leeks, carrots, celery and prunes in a savory broth.

Scotch Egg, Pickled Red Onion, Mustard Horseradish Aioli

Haggis with Neeps and Tatties 

(american version) chopped lamb, pork belly and beef mixed with steel cut oats, stout and a special blend of spices. Served with mashed potatoes & gravy, roasted turnips and seasonal vegetable

     Apricot Glazed Chicken 

Seared chicken over sweet potato puree, sweet apricot glaze, and seasonal vegetable

Pistachio Crusted Salmon 

Pan seared salmon topped with mustard and pistachio panko bread crumbs, served with potato pancakes and seasonal vegetable

Guinness pork bratwurst sausage with creamy mashed potatoes & gravy, peas and carrots

Brandied berries with a vanilla bean custard and angel food cake bottom
